We are seeking a skilled and creative Technical Writer to join our product team at Bizdata Inc. This role
will be responsible for crafting high-quality documentation, user guides, help content, technical blogs,
whitepapers, and marketing collateral for our flagship platforms – eZintegrations (AI-native no-code
integration platform) and Goldfinch AI Agent (enterprise AI automation solution).
As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and pre-sales
teams to transform complex technical information into clear, engaging, and customer-friendly content.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our users, prospects, and stakeholders understand the value and
capabilities of our products through well-structured documentation and visually polished assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write, maintain, and update Product Documentation, User Guides, API References, and Help
Centre articles.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex product concepts into accessible,
userfriendly content.
• Convert raw inputs from product, marketing, and sales teams into blogs, whitepapers, solution
briefs, and datasheets.
• Author technical content and AI-driven documentation (prompt examples, LLM use cases, etc.)
for the Goldfinch AI Agent.
• Design and format professional documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and PDF, ensuring
consistent branding and layout quality.
• Assist in website content development, ensuring alignment with product messaging and
audience expectations.
• Develop custom infographics, diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations to support written
content.
• Utilize tools like Canva, MS Office, and design templates to create visually appealing and
professional technical content.
• Maintain tone consistency suitable for a B2B enterprise audience, focusing on clarity, precision,
and persuasive structure.
• Continuously research emerging trends, technologies, and competitor content to improve
relevance and positioning.
• Review and incorporate stakeholder feedback to iterate on content and design while meeting
tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2 – 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS, enterprise software, or
integration/AI domain.
• Strong business and technical writing skills, with exceptional attention to grammar, tone, and
clarity.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts (e.g., APIs, AI, vector databases,
integrations) clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated experience in writing whitepapers, datasheets, product briefs, and technical
blog content.
• Strong document design and formatting skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Lucid chart, or similar for content layout, diagrams, and visual
storytelling.
• Ability to design aesthetically consistent assets (e.g., solution briefs, help documents,
infographics) for external distribution.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and
marketers.
• Self-starter with strong time management and research abilities, comfortable managing
multiple content projects in parallel.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), version control tools (like Git), or
documentation platforms (Confluence, Notion, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
• Understanding of AI/ML, prompt engineering, or RAG-based content flows is a plus.
• Experience working with integration platforms, iPaaS, or enterprise workflow automation
products is a big advantage.
• Eye for design and layout consistency across all deliverables — including branding alignment and
usability focus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced product-led growth environment.
